1. Acceptance of Terms

2.1 The Company provides cybersecurity services, including but not limited to vulnerability assessments, penetration testing, digital forensics, incident response, OSINT investigation, and professional cybersecurity training.
3. Client Responsibilities
3.1 Clients must provide accurate and up-to-date information necessary for the provision of cybersecurity services.
3.2 Clients are responsible for implementing recommended security measures and addressing identified vulnerabilities.
4. Service Level Agreements (SLA)
4.1 The Company will make reasonable efforts to meet agreed-upon SLAs, but does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free services.
4.2 The Company reserves the right to suspend services for maintenance or address security concerns.
5. Data Security and Confidentiality
5.1 The Company agrees to handle client information with the utmost confidentiality and will not disclose sensitive data to unauthorized parties.
5.2 Clients are responsible for securing access credentials and ensuring the confidentiality of information shared with the Company.
6. Payment and Billing
6.1 Clients agree to pay fees as outlined in the agreed-upon contract or statement of work.
6.2 Payment terms, including invoicing and due dates, will be specified in the contract.
7. Intellectual Property
7.1 The Company retains intellectual property rights to all tools, methodologies, and reports developed during the provision of services (if not globally known).
7.2 Clients may use deliverables solely for their internal purposes and may not reproduce, distribute, or disclose them to third parties without the Company’s written consent.
8. Limitation of Liability
8.1 The Company is not liable for any indirect, consequential, incidental, or punitive damages arising out of the use or inability to use our services.
8.2 The total liability of the Company for any claim arising under these terms, whether in contract, tort, or otherwise, is limited to the amount paid by the client for the specific services giving rise to the claim.
9. Termination
9.1 Either party may terminate the agreement with written notice if the other party breaches these terms.
9.2 Termination does not relieve clients of the obligation to pay for services provided up to the termination date.
10. Governing Law
10.1 These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of [Your Jurisdiction], and any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of the United States jurisdiction.
11. Changes to Terms
